107.1 The Point and the Glens Falls Senior Center proudly present the 8th Annual Gifts for Goldens, your opportunity to provide a Christmas for our local senior citizens who might not otherwise have a Christmas.  It’s happening on Thursday, December 14th at the Glens Falls Senior Center, 380 Glen Street in Glens Falls (at the corner of Glen and Sherman Streets).

All we’re asking you to do is to take a look at the list provided here, reply stating your intent to purchase those gifts for that senior citizen, and bring it on down to the Glens Falls Senior Center on Thursday, December 14th between 10AM and 4PM.

And what we’re looking for aren’t big, expensive gifts.  These are clothes, snacks, books, generally merchandise that costs under $20.  But it’s gifts that would make the day of a local senior citizen, letting them know that people here on the Tri-Counties haven’t forgotten about them.

So take a look at the list here, find something that you can afford, and bring it on down to the Glens Falls Senior Center on Thursday, December 14th for our 8th Annual Gifts for Goldens.
